Are your products handmade?
Yes! Each piece is carefully hand-crafted and decorated!
How do I care for my sparkly accessories?
As each piece is hand-crafted, they are delicate and, unfortunately, won't last forever. We recommend storing your accessories in a safe place and away from direct sunlight or high heat, which can cause the adhesive to become tacky and embellishments may fall off. In the event that you lose a bead or rhinestone, we are always happy to offer complimentary repairs at our pop-up shops! If you'd rather take a DIY approach, we recommend B-700 or E-600 glue.
Is your body glitter safe?
Our custom glitter gels are made with organic aloe vera gel and a very tiny amount of organic, cold pressed vegetable glycerin. This should make them hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types. Of course, if you are concerned better to play it safe - or ask your doctor before using!
How long does the body glitter typically last?
If you let the body glitter dry completely before touching it, it could last all day! Please note that the glitter gel isn't waterproof or sweatproof so that could impact its wear time.
How do I remove body glitter?
Each body glitter pack comes with a sticker that can be used to remove the glitter from your skin, just like a lint roller (which also works well!). Glitter should also easily wash off with regular soap and water.
My glitter dried out, what can I do?
Sometimes the liquid in the glitter gel may evaporate. We recommend bringing it back to life by adding a tiny amount of distilled water and mixing into the glitter.
Are your products suitable for children?
Yes! Our body glitter is hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types. Additionally, we offer small sunglasses and jewelry specifically designed for your kiddos in addition to our crowns which are perfect for all ages!
Do you only sell Charlotte FC and Panther's accessories?
Nope! We also make things for local colleges, university, and youth sports teams, weddings and bachelorettes, concerts, festivals, PRIDE, and more!
Game Day and Event info
Where can I find Crownfolk products on game days?
We are typically either in the Supporter's Lot at 703 McNinch Street for Charlotte FC home matches or the WFNZ Dog House at 401 W Morehead Street for Panther's tailgates. Check our event schedule for up-to-date schedule information.
Do you sell products at Charlotte FC or Panther's games?
Not officially! We do not currently vend inside Bank of America Stadium but try to set up shop nearby for home game tailgates. See our schedule for where to find us!
Can I find you at vendor markets and other events?
We try to do art markets and festivals in between our tailgate pop-ups! Keep an eye on our schedule to find us!
Can I book Crownfolk for a private event, party, or market?
Absolutely! If you have an event where you think we'd be a good fit please reach out. We will soon be offering glitter bar and sparkle party options - stay tuned!
Returns & Policies
What is your return policy?
Since each piece is handmade we cannot accept returns. We are happy to offer complimentary repairs based on product and embellishment availability at any of our pop-ups.
Do you offer exchanges if something doesn't fit?
We cannot offer exchanges for online orders. If you buy something at one of our pop-up shops and realize it doesn't fit quite right, we are happy to offer same-day exchanges only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our pop-up shop accepts all major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
